Brain workers overuse their eyes. This is susceptible to tiredness of eyes with manifestations of dryness and foreign-body sensation in the eyes and blurred vision after slightly long use of eyes. For some people, they cannot even write or read, suffer from dizziness and headache. They may have nausea and vomiting in severe cases.
It is advisable to eat the following foods regularly to protect the eyes.
Foods with rich vitamin A: For instance, yolk, milk, goat's milk, animal liver, green leafy vegetable, and maize. These foods prevent corneal dryness and degeneration.
Foods with rich carotin: For instance, carrot, pumpkin, red potato, green leafy vegetable, green soya bean and tomato.
Food with rich vitamin B2: For instance, flour, peanut, egg, lean meat, milk and green leafy vegetable.
Health care with sport and massage
Running is the most commonly selected training event. It helps the improvement of blood circulation and functions of internal organs to accordingly ensure the plentiful supply of cerebral oxygen. Ball games like table tennis and tennis raise the speed of cerebral information conduction and feedback to improve cerebral dexterity accordingly. These events may be selected according to the individual's interest and specialty.
Standing upside down walking backwards
Standing upside down effectively increases cerebral blood flow volume, eliminates tinnitus, dizziness and cerebral ischemia; backward walking moves the muscular ligament of the back, regulates the function of spinal nerves and may prevent and cure the commonly seen diseases of the waist and legs and periarthritis of should.
Massaging the scalp
Massaging the vertex: Rub the scalp with both hands from the front hairline to the back hairline like the movement of combing the hair. Massaging the cephalic region: Press the temples with the thumbs. Then massage the two sides of the head upwards and downloads in a line with the other four fingers of both hands. Again, press and kneed the temples clockwise and anticlockwise for several times respectively. At this time, wipe the face with the hands and massage the eyes .
